Prices of Program (Top)
Since all swimming with the dolphins programs prices fluctuate from Seasons, Spring,
Summer, Fall, Winter and Location. You will need to get the latest information
by email and regular mail and it will contain the most current programs and prices.

02) Reservations required (Top)
Yes, reservations are a must and you are recommended to make your reservation
at least 30 - 60 days or more in advance. (Christmas week, Spring Break (March
- April), and Summer (July - August), 60 - 90 days in advance). Once you
have made a reservation, you will receive by email and regular mail with
your tickets and complete driving directions to where you need to go, if you are driving yourself, and
any promotion materials. For the quickest reservation response, you are encouraged
to use our safe and secure online reservation form, www.dolphinreservation.com.
03) Cancelation Policy (Top)
All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours,
Inc. in writing by email or regular mail. The cancellation policy is no later
than (14) days prior to program date. However, a 10% service charge will
apply per person for any cancellations prior the 14 days. A 20% service charge
will apply per person for any cancellations within 14 - 8 day period. NO
REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the
7 day period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s). Once a
reservation has been made, a change to the scheduled program date is subject
to availability. Changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00
change fee and any additional fees charged by the dolphin location.

04) Dolphin Swim/Encounter Workshop Programs (Top)
All Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours workshop programs
in Florida and Dominican Republic are full or 1/2 day packages
which includes the Dolphin Swim/Encounter plus other activities
and or shows. Only in Mexico, Anguilla, Tortola and
Bahamas can you participate in the Dolphin Swim/Encounter
by itself. Most of the Trained Animal Encounters (including
the dolphin swim and encounter), you will spend usually
about 30 minutes with the animals, where you get to
pet, kiss, touch, and do other trained behaviors. The
group size can range from 6 - 8 persons per session,
the dolphin encounter can be more persons per session.
Since these are animals and they are not forced to do
any behavior. No behaviors are guaranteed. All behaviors
and group size are up to the animals and can be changed
without notice.
05) Age and Height restrictions (Top)
To participate in a Full Day Marine Animal encounter, which includes the Trained
Dolphin Swim program, in the Upper Keys area, guests must be at least 5 years
old, Dolphin Encounter, at least 3 years old, no height requirement. For the Full and 1/2 Day
Animal Adventure encounter in Miami, which includes the Dolphin Swim
program, the guest must be at least 52 inches (132 Centimeters) tall, no
age requirement. The Miami Dolphin Encounter program, the participant must be 5 years old and up. Hawaii, Orlando, Mexico, Bahamas,
and Dominican Republic have different age requirements, please check reservation location page for ages.
06) Locations (Top)
Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours full day(s) Marine Animal Workshop packages
are available in the following areas, Key West, Key Largo, Miami, Orlando, Oahu Hawaii, Mexico,
Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Swimming with Dolphins Grand Cayman and Tortola. In all locations you can provide your own transportation or in some locations a pick up service can be provided. Since most of our business is in Florida, here is map of the state and distances.

07) Transportation and Parking (Top)
You can provide your own transportation to
all Dolphin World Workshop locations, except in the
Dominican Republic where transportation is provided.
Most areas have FREE parking but there are some exceptions
where you will need to pay for parking, which can range
from $5 - $10 per vehicle. Some of the locations, Miami,
Orlando, Oahu Hawaii, Key West, Nassau, Mexico, Cancun, Puerto Adventuras,
Cozumel, Puerto Vallarta, Grand Cayman & Tortola taxis are accessible but ask your Dolphin
World Travel Specialist before you make your transportation
plans.
08) Waiver Requirements (Top)
Most dolphin facilities require that non-parents (Grand
Parents, Aunts/Uncles, Friends, etc.) who are bringing
children that are not legally their own will require
a signed waiver from the parents of the children,
which will give the non-parents permission to take
them on the dolphin encounter. Please contact the
your Dolphin World Travel Specialist about waiver
requirements before hand, info@dolphinworld.org.
09) Operating hours (Top)
Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours reservation office is opened Monday - Friday,
from 8am - 5pm, Saturday, 8am - 2pm. Closed Sunday (Eastern Standard Time)

are offered 7 Days week, all year round, and can start on any day of the week,
Monday - Sunday.
10) Disabled and Special
Needs guests (Top)
A Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours in the Upper Keys (Key Largo) and Bahamas
can accommodate guests with disabilities on limited basis. This guest must be
able to maneuver themselves with limited assistance (or with the aid of a personal
assistant) during their dolphin experience. No disabled persons can
participate in the Miami, Mexico, and Dominican Republic programs. If you have
a serious special needs participant, please contact Island Dolphin Care in Key
Largo, www.dolphinworld.org/idc.htm.
11) Cameras and video recorders
allowed (Top)
Cameras and video recorders are allowed during all Marine Animal Workshop programs.
Please keep in mind, however, that most of the activities involve water, so please
use caution, as damage to your equipment can occur. Guests with cameras and recorders
are not allowed in the water at Dolphin Lagoon, but can take pictures and record
video from the observer area. Professional photography and video services are
available at all facilities.

Weather restrictions (Top)
All Marine Animal Workshop encounters go on rain or shine.
13) Food (Top)
Food is not part of your Marine Animal Package. Food is available at the marine
facility or local fast food restaurant.
14) What to and not to Bring (Top)
All you need to bring is swimming wear, towels, a change of dry clothes for the
end of the day. Showers are available at the marine facility. Wet suits available,
if needed. (rental charge may apply). Some Dolphin facilities require special
sunscreen for the Marine Animal’s protection. You will be informed at
the Dolphin facility whether you can wear your own brand of sunscreen or not.
