Responsibilities, Terms, & Conditions
RESPONSIBILITY:
The responsibility of Dolphin World, Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. and/or its
agents are limited. Dolphin World, Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. acts only as an
agent for clients in regard to travel or activities booked. Dolphin World, Keys Adventure Tours,
Inc assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or
irregularity which may be occasional either by reason of defect, through acts
of God, war, fire, breakdown in machinery, riots, strikes or from any causes
beyond the control of Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. Tour services
including activity times, transportation and lodging are furnished by
independent contractors (suppliers) and do not act for or on behalf of Dolphin
World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. The acceptance of tour arrangements is
deemed to be consent to the above. Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc
is not reliable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any act, error or
omission or for inconvenience, loss, damage, injury or death arriving out of
tour arrangements.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
All reservations are paid in full either by Credit Card, Master Card,
Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, or US Money Order/Personal US Bank Check.
Any payment made by US Money Order or Personal US Bank Check must have
Final Payment by 30 days prior to departure date or activity date. For
reservations made within 30 days of travel, full payment with Credit Card
is required at time of booking.
Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc cannot guarantee
any reservations not paid on time. All swim with the dolphins programs and workshop
prices include activity price and tax. The Key Largo and the
High Season Miami Workshop Programs includes a convenience
fee. This fee varies depending on the workshop, please contact
your Dolphin World Travel Specialist for all fees structure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be received by Dolphin World / Keys
Adventure Tours, Inc. in writing by email or regular mail.
A 10% service charge will apply per person for any
cancellations prior 30 days of activity date. A 50% service charge will apply per
person for any cancellations within 29 - 15 day period prior activity date. A 75% service charge will apply per person for any cancellations within 14 - 8 day period
prior activity date. Prior 8 days of your reservation date, you may change your
reservation to a gift certificate, where you would not incur any penalties except
the change fee. This gift certificate will be good for 1 year from the date of the
certificate. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN TO ANY ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS who cancel within the 7 day
period, does not show up, are late for scheduled program(s).
CHANGES:
Once a reservation has
been made, a change to the scheduled program date is subject to availability.
Acceptable changes made to existing reservations are subject to a $25.00 per person change fee.
ACTIVITIES:
Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours acts as an agent, and assumes no liability and cannot be held responsible for nonperformance on the part of the Dolphins or Trainers or Program Features: nor will it accept responsibility for loss of or damage to unused portions of tours. The manager on duty at the Dolphin facility must handle all issues/problems/complaints relating to the Dolphin facility or Dolphin programs nonperformance the day of your program, once you leave the Dolphin facility, Key Adventure Tours or the Dolphin Facility can issue no compensation. Trained Dolphin activities go on Rain or Shine. All participant must check in at least 15 minutes prior to
activity time. Activity times missed due to late check in
or due to weather related issues will be handled on an individual
basis by each activity supplier and are not the responsibility
of Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours, Inc. Once the activity
begins, no refunds will be provided by Dolphin World / Keys
Adventure Tours, Inc for any reason. No cash refunds will
be issued for rain checks obtained at any facility / outfitter.
Rain dose not constitute cancellation of activity unless the facility
/ outfitter officially closes.
If the activity included cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary
for reasons beyond the control of any facility or outfitter, Dolphin World / Keys Adventure Tours has the option to offer a fair value to be refunded or a gift certificate good for 1 year from the date of the missed activity to the tour participants.
Dolphin World / Keys Adventure
Tours, Inc. will not be responsible for lost or cancelled
activity times as a result of air flight delays, war, or acts
of God. All activities participant require proper attire
(e.g. swimming attire, outdoor footwear, and in most cases towels)
NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES:
Refunds or allowances will not be made for transportation,
accommodations, activities, services or other portions of
the trip which are unused on or after the tour departure date.
INSURANCE:
Passengers are strongly advised to protect themselves with
insurance. 100% refund/optional cancellation, accident, health and baggage
insurance are available to protect tour participants from
unforeseen circumstances. Upon request, Dolphin World /Keys
Adventure Tours, Inc. or your travel agent will provide further
information and rates. Insurance must be purchased with payment
at time of reservation by the Insurance Company. [Travel Insurance ]
